About this site
For better or for worse, I personally designed and constructed this website.
It is written primarily in HTML, generally V4. It has been tested on IE (V7, 8 and 9), Firefox (v19), Google Chrome
(v26), the AOL browser, and partially, at least, on the Barnes and Noble "Nook".Sorry if
it doesn't work for you on whatever browser you're using. I don't have
the time or the interest in testing them all.
I have no prior experience in web-based programming, despite 30+ years
as a programmer and systems analyst on mainframe systems. So I'm just learning,
and I make no claims about the timeless brilliance of this site. I'm
just having fun.
Below I list some books that I used in creating this site.
The site is hosted on Ipage. I found them to be relatively inexpensive
and pretty easy to use.
I welcome comments on how to improve this site. If you have suggestions,
please email me (see "contact me" below).
Thanks!
Woody
